1. How do I log in as an Escape Cardmember?
Key in the 19 digits of the number printed on your Escape Card.

2. How do I log in as a Personal Shell Cardmember?
Key in the 19 digits of the number printed on your Shell Card.

3. How do I log in as a Corporate Shell Cardmember?
Key in the 19 digits of the number printed on your Shell Card.

4. I am unable to log in as I encounter the error message "invalid card number". What should I do?
Please check that you have entered the card number according to the respective type of card that you are holding. If you are still unable to log in, please contact us or call us for assistance.

5. I am unable to log in as I encounter the error message "incorrect password". What should I do?
Please check that you have entered the correct password in the respective field. The default password for 1st time log in is your last 4-digits of your NRIC password (for Singaporeans), or your passport number (for non-Singaporeans). If you have forgotten your password, please contact us or call us to reset your password.

6. I encounter the error message "Account locked" while trying to log in. What should I do?
Please try again after one minute or contact us or call us for assistance.

General Enquiries
1. What is the Shell Escape Programme?
It is a loyalty scheme designed to reward Shell customers for their support. Escape cardmembers can accumulate Escape points to redeem a vast array of rewards and offers. Escape Points can be earned at any Shell station with purchase Shell fuels. At the time of payment, simply present your Escape Card to the cashier to earn your Escape Points.

2. What kind of services can I get on SHELL ESCAPE ONLINE?
Upon logging in, members can enjoy the following online services:
    • Check Latest Points Balance
    • Change Escape redemption PIN No.
    • Check Points Earnings History
    • Check Escape Point Summary Statement
    • Check Redemption History
    • Receive Updates on promotional offers
    • Regular special offers and redemption deals that are only available online.


3. Who can use the SHELL ESCAPE ONLINE services?
The following cardholders may use the Escape Online services:
    • Escape Cardholders
    • Personal Shell Cardholders
    • Corporate Shell Cardholders


4. What do I need to have to use the SHELL ESCAPE ONLINE services?
    • A computer with Internet access
    • Java-enabled browser - e.g. Internet Explorer version 4 and above OR Netscape Navigator version 4.7 and above
    • If you wish to update your browser, please click here
    • A valid e-mail account (excluding Chinese e-mail addresses


5. Do I need to register for SHELL ESCAPE ONLINE services if I am currently a Shell/Escape Cardmember?
No separate registration process is necessary for existing members but you have to verify/complete a log-in form the first time you log in for online services.

6. What if I have more than one e-mail account?
You may use any e-mail account of your choice for registration as long as it is a valid one. However, we would highly recommend you use your primary e-mail address (the one you most often check) to enjoy our online services.

7. What if I entered an invalid e-mail address during registration?
You may re-enter a valid address in "My Profile" after logging in as a member.

8. What are the terms and conditions governing Shell Escape Programme?
You may refer to the Terms and Conditions printed in the Shell Escape Catalogue and are also posted on the web.

9. Do I have to pay for any fee for using the SHELL ESCAPE ONLINE services
No, all the online services are provided free of charge.

Escape Card Application
1. Who can join?
Any individual aged eighteen (18) and above can apply to be a Cardmember of the Shell Escape Programme.

2. How do I join? How much does it cost?
You can join the Shell Escape Programme simply by applying for an Escape Card. NO registration fees are required and membership is absolutely free. Simply pick up an application form at any Shell station and you can start using your card immediately. Thereafter, to access our online member services, simply fill in your details at Card Registration and proceed to Login as a member.

3. Can I have more than one account?
Individual motorists are entitled to one personal Escape Card membership per person.

4. Will my card membership expire?
There is no expiry date for Escape Cardmember as long as your account is active. However, Escape Points carry a validity period of two (2) years from the date the Points were credited into your account. Account that has no transactions for any continuous period of six (6) months will be closed and all un-utilised Points in the account will be forfeited/invalidated.

5. What happens if I lose or damage my Escape Card?
Call the Shell Service Centre immediately to report loss of your card before you get an instant replacement card at any Shell station. If your Escape card is damaged, you can get a replacement card at any Shell station. Afterwhich, contact Shell Service Centre, furnish your new card no. and all points will be transferred to your new card.

Shell Card Application
1. Who can join?
Any individual ages eighteen (18) and above with a minimum income of $24,000 per annum can apply to be a Shell Cardholder.

2. How do I join? How much does it cost?
All Shell Cardholders are automatically enrolled into the Shell Escape Programme. No registration fees are required and membership is absolutely free. Simply pick up a Shell Card application form at any Shell station, complete it and return to the Shell Service Centre.

3. Who can I nominate as supplementary cardholders for Shell Card?
Personal account holders can nominate their immediate family members as supplementary cardholders and this can be done upon filling application form.

4. Will my card membership expire?
Membership for active accounts will automatically be renewed every four years for Shell Cardholders.

5. What happens if I lose or damage my Shell Card?
Please contact our Customer Service Officers on 1800-ESCAPEE (1800-2615322) during office hours (Mondays to Fridays) for a replacement card to be sent to you.

Escape Points
1. How do I earn Escape points?
When paying for your Shell fuel, present your Escape Card to be awarded with Escape points. The table below shows how simple it is to earn Escape Points.


Qualifying Fuel Type Points Per Litre

2. How do I know how many points I have earned and spent?
Log in for online services now and you can check your points-earning activities and redemption records at My Account Info The Escape Point Summary Statement will provide the most recent points summary. You may check your points balance via the self-service balance enquiry terminal located at all Shell stations.

3. What if the Escape Points Statement report is incorrect?
Please contact us or call our Shell Service Centre on 1800-ESCAPEE (1800-372 2733).

4. Can I still earn Escape Points if my Escape Card has been left at home?
No. You must present your card at the point of purchase to enjoy the privileges.

5. When do my Escape Points expire?
Your Escape Points expire 2 years from the date of issue, on a first-in-first-out basis. However, Account that has no transactions for any continuous period of six (6) months will be closed and all un-utilised Points in the account will be forfeited/invalidated.

Reward Redemption
1. Who can redeem rewards ?
Eligible members who are:
    • the primary cardholders (for Personal Shell Cardholders)
    • the focal points (for Corporate Shell Cardholders whose points are accumulated under the company)
    • must have sufficient point balance to cover the request
    • do not have payments overdue


2. How many points do I require to redeem a reward?
Reward redemption starts from as low as 150 Escape Points

3. How can I redeem rewards?
Redeeming your rewards is easy now that the Shell Escape Rewards Programme is the only loyalty programme that gives you the added convenience of INSTANT REDEMPTION FOR ALL ITEMS offered in this catalogue.
Simply visit our redemption outlets islandwide with your Escape/Shell Card and valid redemption PIN No. to redeem the full range of Shell Escape Catalogue Rewards instantly at all Shell Stations (unless otherwise indicated), 12 Shell Redemption Station and participating merchant outlets. No more waiting time!
Also, visit Shell Escape Online regularly for special offers and redemption deals that are only available online.

4. When I make a redemption, will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a receipt immediately upon redemption, displaying points deduction and your new balance.

5. If I am a supplementary Shell Cardmember, can I exchange my Escape Points for rewards?
Only the PRINCIPAL cardholder is eligible to redeem rewards with Escape Points but Escape Points accumulated under your supplementary card would count towards the account total.

6. How can I track my redemption activities?
You may check your Redemption History for your previous redemption records via the website.

7. Can I make multiple redemptions?
For your own security, you are allowed to make 5 redemptions (unless otherwise indicated) per account per day . Please present your valid Shell / Escape Card, NRIC and enter your valid redemption PIN No.
