Becoming An Escape Member |
|
|
|
Membership is open to everyone.
Just visit any Shell station and ask for an application form. Fill up the form and submit it to any of our station staff. You will receive a Shell Escape card immediately.
Alternatively, apply for a Personal Shell Card, and you will automatically become an Escape member. You will also enjoy 6% discount on fuels or the nett price displayed at the station, whichever is lower.
Application forms for the Personal Shell Card are available at any Shell station. Alternatively, you can also apply online by visiting here. |

How to earn Escape Points |
|
|
|
When paying for your Shell fuel, present your Escape Card to be awarded with Escape points. The table below shows how simple it is to earn Escape Points.

With your convenience in mind, Shell Escape has launched a bi-monthly online statement service for Escape customers who register online with a valid email address.
Hassle-free and paper-free, Shell Escape Online Statements^ will help you manage your Escape account with a summary of your Escape activities from preceding months, the upcoming expiring points* for up to 4 months ahead, as well as the latest news, updates
and offers from Shell.
If you haven’t registered your email address with us yet, you can still do so at www.shell.com.sg/escape today!
How?
1. Visit www.shell.com.sg/escape
2. Click on 'Login'.
3. Enter your Username followed by your Password and click 'Submit'. (If you have not created a Username and Password, click on the link under ‘Create Username and Password’ on the web page. Please have both your Shell Escape Card Number and PIN on hand to create your Username and Password).
4. Click on 'My Profile'.
5. Update or provide your email address.
6. Click 'Save' to be on Shell Escape's email list and enjoy our latest news and offers!
^ Effective from January 2006, Escape statements are only available on the Shell Escape website www.shell.com.sg/escape and will not be mailed out via post. Shell Escape Online Statements will be emailed to you if you have registered a valid email address with us.
You can also check your points balance and upcoming expiring points using the Escape Points Balance Enquiry Machine found at all Shell stations.
* Since 1 January 2004, Escape Points are valid for two (2) years from the date they are issued and will expire thereafter.

Cash in with S$20 Instant Redemptions |

Enjoy the convenience of using your Escape Points to shop around Singapore! Your Escape Points can be used for S$20 Instant Redemptions at participating merchants.
So when you have accumulated the required points, just present your Escape Card at the participating outlets to offset your bill.

Redeeming your rewards is easy now that the Shell Escape Rewards Programme gives you the added convenience of instant redemption service for a wide range of rewards
Simply visit our Shell stations or participating merchants with your Escape/Shell Card and valid redemption PIN No. to redeem the latest range of Catalogue rewards (unless otherwise indicated)
Also, remember to update Shell with your particulars such as email address. Otherwise, redemption promotions and updates will not reach you. |
